  • Have a dependent child join their parent in New Zealand and be able to study.
  • Allows the child to stay for the same duration as their parent.
  • Allows the child to study in primary or secondary school in New Zealand.

Occupational Registration Visitor Visa

This type of visa allows you to:

  • You can get occupational registration for particular occupations.
  • You can stay in New Zealand for up to 3 months.
  • Once you complete your occupational registration, you may be eligible to apply for a visa to work in the relevant occupation.

M-FAT Funded NZ Scholarship Student Visa

This type of visa allows you to:

  • Study full-time at the course stated in your visa application.
  • Work part-time up to 20 hours per week while studying and full-time in holidays.
  • Stay in New Zealand for up to 4 years.

Pathway Student Visa

This type of visa allows you to:

  • Study up to 3 courses on one student visa.
  • Work up to 20 hours per week (part time) while studying and full time in holidays.
  • Stay in New Zealand for up to 5 years.

Foreign Government Supported Student Visa

This type of visa allows you to:

  • Study full-time at the course stated in your visa.
  • Work part-time up to 20 hours per week while studying and fulltime in the holidays.
  • Stay in New Zealand for up to 4 years.

Exchange Student Visa

This type of visa allows you to:

  • Study in New Zealand fulltime in a school-to-school exchange or exchange programme.
  • Work up to 20 hours per week (part time) while studying and fulltime in holidays depending on age and study.
  • Stay in New Zealand for up to 4 years, depending on your exchange length.
