Working Holiday Visa

This type of visa allows you to:

Migrant Exploitation Protection Work Visa

This type of visa allows you to:

  • Safely leave your current workplace if you’re being exploited at your current workplace while on an employer supported work visa.
  • Work anywhere in New Zealand for any employer
  • Stay for up to 6 months.

Dismissed Worker Visitor Visa

This type of visa allows you to:

  • Stay in New Zealand for up to 3 months if you’re dismissed from you job during a trial period.
  • Include your partner and dependent children in your visa application.
  • Have sufficient time to sort out your pending matters.

Religious Worker Work Visa

This type of visa allows you to:

  • Do religious work in New Zealand
  • Stay in New Zealand for up to 2 years.
  • Study for up to 3 months in a 12-month period.

Victim of Family Violence Work Visa

This type of visa allows you to:

  • Work anywhere in New Zealand for any employer.
  • Safely make other work and living arrangements to be able to remove yourself from a violent situation.

China Special Work Visa

This type of visa allows you to:

  • Come to New Zealand to work and stay for up to 3 years.
  • Work in New Zealand under a China Special Work Category occupation.
  • Study for up to 3 months

Specific Purpose Work Visa

This type of visa allows you to:

  • Come to New Zealand for a specific purpose or event.
