Our paid consultation is for businesses and individuals who have made their final decision to migrate to New Zealand and need expert and legal advice on specific questions related to their situation.
David is our founder and an immigration law specialist. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Auckland and is well-versed and knowledgeable in all aspects of New Zealand immigration law.
David began his legal career working for specialist immigration law firms, and he also became licensed under the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act. Having worked on all manner of immigration matters, ranging from simple applications through to complex legal solutions, David now acts as General Manager/CEO of the Law Firm Fisher Foley while advising Immigration Chambers, and he enjoys finding solutions for clients.

Fees
The consultation fee must be made prior to your consultation. We accept payments by PayPal. Immigration Chambers has the right to refrain you from attending an Appointment in case payment has not been made and/or successfully approved/confirmed.
Always make sure that you attend your consultation on time as you may not receive the full allocated time with our Registered Licensed Agent.
Rescheduling Your Appointment
In the event that you are unable to attend a premium consultation that has been confirmed, you may, at no extra cost, reschedule by sending us an email through advice@iclegal.co.nz provided that you have notified us of your inability to attend at least 24 hours prior to the start of the consultation.
Cancellation
Immigration Chambers will make all reasonable efforts to provide you with a full refund(service fee not included) of consultation fees paid, should your appointment be canceled.
All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days following David Fisher’s approval of your request/claim for a refund. This does not include the service fee which is 3.49% ($8.725 for $250.00 consultation).
Cancellations made within 24hrs of the booked consultation will not be refundable .
No Show
if you fail to attend your appointment with David Fisher and did not notify us 24 hours after your scheduled appointment, the consultation fee will not be refunded and you must re-schedule your appointment by paying the consultation fee again.
If David Fisher is Unavailable
If he is not available on the day of the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional charge or schedule with the next available immigration adviser.
You may also request a refund by sending us an email through advice@iclegal.co.nz.
